All employees of Superclean Services, including sub-contracted personnel, have been made aware of the requirements of this Quality System and their responsibilities for operating within its guidelines.

In order to ensure that these policies continue to be understood and maintained, the Director and Managers will re-advise their staff of their particular responsibilities within the Quality System whenever a change occurs.
